We are all so happy to be back to school after our summer holidays! We have been settling into our new classroom and we are so excited for all the adventures in 4th class this year.
Check out our self-portraits below. We had great fun creating our unique artwork.
We have been learning all about the counties of Ireland and everyone made a brochure based on their chosen county. We used our school iPads to research our county & learnt so many different facts about each county.
We presented our projects to our class.
Happy Halloween from all of us in 4th class in room 15! We had a very busy morning getting dressed up for our annual Halloween dress up day in school.
We had so much fun on the Halloween themed obstacle course around our school.
Halloween Artwork

Here's a closer look at our designs😊
Thanks to Ms Young for organising such a fantastic Maths week. We took part in lots of different maths activities throughout the week to celebrate maths!
We were put through our maths paces between the walkway challenges, maths eyes competition and maths stations.
Have a look at some of the maths fun we got up to 😊
We have been having great fun learning new skills in both football & camogie. The future of Clane Ladies GAA is bright with these 4th class around!
Robin paintings
We welcome the new season of winter into our class by learning about the changes that occur during this season. We learnt all about the robin so we drew and painted little robins.
Winter Village Crafts
We created our own unique winter village using different coloured card, glitter, scrap paper and other materials.
We are all very excited for Christmas in Room 15! We had great fun decorating our classroom door together.
Christmas Art Work
Do you want to build a snowman?
We used chalk pastels to draw and colour these wonderful snowmen on black card.
We designed our own unique Christmas jumpers in preparation for the Late Late Toy Show.
There was so much excitement when we heard we would be taking part in the Christmas markets this year. This was our first year being able to bake and create items to sell in our school Christmas markets.
We had so much fun creating our display posters and signs for our stalls.
The big day finally arrived! We were so excited for the other classes to come visit our stalls and buy our baked goods and the creations we had made. We loved the whole experience.
